By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

All items sold on our store are authentic, pre-owned vintage pieces. Due to their second-hand nature, each item may show signs of wear consistent with its age and previous use. Any noticeable imperfections, marks, or flaws are described in the product description and shown in the photos whenever possible.

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within the stated processing time. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and are outside of our control once the parcel has been shipped.

Customers have 14 days from the receipt of their order to request a return. If a return request is approved, we will provide the customer with all necessary return instructions, including the return address and shipping details.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, undamaged, and carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Returns cannot be accepted for items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged, stained, or returned with any new marks, odors, liquid damage, or other changes that were not present at the time of shipment.

For shoes, returns will not be accepted if the shoes show signs of wear or have been used outdoors.

For bags and accessories, returns will not be accepted if they have been used or if any new stains, scratches, damage, or signs of wear appear after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated above.
